A new year brings excitement, and for me, December 31st proved to be my most memorable, as I had the privilege to welcome in the new year with legendary singer/songwriter and pianist Alicia Keys along with her family. Whistler is a world-class ski resort attracting wealth and celebrity from all over the world and our local businesses set the bar high to provide top-notch services, to create an unforgettable mountain holiday experience.
Not only is Whistler desirable, it's also one of the most affordable 5 star resorts in world. Compared to Vail citing an average executive townhome or chalet at $16,500,000 USD, and Aspen fetching even higher prices; Gstaad, St. Moritz, Kitzbühel are not far behind. This makes Whistler seem positively affordable with its average chalet coming in at $6,100,000 CAD in December. With limited inventory and 2,000,000 visitors travelling here every year, why wouldn’t you consider investing in Whistler?
